Revenue consulting for med spas, chiropractors & physical therapy

Find the money your practice is already losing.

We analyze your appointment, phone, lead, insurance and marketing data, show you exactly where revenue is leaking, put the systems in place to stop it, and help you grow what every patient spends. One-time fee, nothing to keep paying us for.

Revenue Audit $699–$1,299 · free if we don’t find at least 3× its fee in lost revenue and profit opportunities · credited toward any build signed within 30 days

How it works

Three steps. No monthly contract.

  1. 1

    Send us your exports

Appointment history, call log, leads, treatment plans, claims and ad spend — straight from the software you already use. Excel or CSV is fine.

  2. 2

    Get your leak report

We walk you through it in person or remotely: every area of your practice that’s losing money and what it costs you per year. You keep the slides, the full PDF report and a bullet-point breakdown, plus a separate plan for each area showing how we can fix it.

  3. 3

We fix it — you own it

We set up the reminders, waitlist and follow-ups inside your own accounts. One payment, staff training included, 30–60 days of support. After 90 days, a results check shows you exactly what came back.

What we find

The five places practices lose the most

Lost patients & unbooked treatment

Patients who quietly stopped coming, and treatment plans that were recommended but never scheduled.

Leads & missed appointments

Inquiries that never booked, slow replies, unanswered calls, no-shows and cancelled slots left empty.

Empty provider time

Providers whose schedules aren’t full, and the days and hours that run quiet every week.

Insurance denials & underpayments

Denied claims that were never reworked, and payers paying less than your contracted rate.

Marketing that doesn’t pay off

Ad channels that cost more per new patient than a new patient is worth — and where to move that budget.

Plus pricing & product

Retail and injectables sold below target margin, ad-hoc discounts and expired stock.

Try it: 30 seconds

What are missed appointments costing you?

No-shows and late cancellations are just one leak. Put in your own numbers.

Lost every year

$30,000

That’s 200 empty appointments a year.

Find the rest with an audit

The audit checks five more areas. If it doesn’t find at least 3× its fee in lost revenue and profit opportunities, it’s free.

Revenue Growth Plan

How we can help you grow

Stopping leaks is half the job. We also raise what each patient is worth.

Most practices only ever offer patients the one treatment they came in for. We help you offer the right next step, at the right moment, without your staff having to “sell”.

Memberships

Turn one-off visits into a monthly plan. Patients get a better price and come in on schedule; you get predictable revenue every month.

Packages & treatment series

Sell the full course of treatment up front instead of one session at a time, so patients finish it and get the result they came for.

Add-ons at booking

Booking confirmations and reminders suggest a relevant add-on, like a peel with a facial or massage with an adjustment, so patients can add it with one tap.

Rebooking on the right schedule

Every patient is prompted to book their next visit when it’s actually due, like Botox at 3–4 months or maintenance care monthly, so no one drifts away.

Aftercare & retail

Follow-up texts recommend the right aftercare products after each treatment, which improves results and adds retail sales.

Front desk scripts

We train your team on simple, no-pressure ways to offer packages, memberships and next appointments at checkout.

What you get

Revenue Audit — exactly where you’re losing patients and money. Free if we don’t find at least 3× its fee in lost revenue and profit opportunities. Credited toward any build within 30 days.
What it does, in plain English

You send us a few reports from the software you already use. We go through them and show you, in dollars, where your practice is losing patients and profit, then walk you through it.

  • What you send: exports from your booking, phone and billing systems (Excel or CSV is fine).
  • Lost patients: people who stopped coming, treatment plans never finished, no-shows and empty appointment slots.
  • Lost profit: prices that haven’t kept up, discounts and packages that give away margin, product margins, ads that don’t pay off, and insurance claims denied or underpaid.
  • What you get: a short report with each problem and what it costs you per year, a walkthrough within one to two weeks, and a list of small fixes your own team can make.
  • No risk: if we don’t find at least three times the fee in a year, the audit is free.
$699–$1,299
Website Booking Assistant — someone on your site at 9 p.m. gets instant answers and a link to book the right appointment.
What it does, in plain English

A chat window on your website that answers common questions any time of day, then sends the person straight to the right page to book.

  • Answers questions like prices, hours, parking, insurance and what to expect at a first visit, using only answers you approve.
  • Gets them booked: it links to the exact service on your own booking page, so they book in the system you already use.
  • Plays it safe: it never gives medical advice, tells anyone describing an emergency to call 911, and asks visitors not to share health details.
  • If it doesn’t know, it tells the visitor to call you, and can pass the question to your team so you can add the answer.
  • No monthly fee to us and no message limits. It’s yours.
$2,500–$4,500
Revenue Growth Plan — memberships, packages, add-on offers, rebooking schedules and front desk scripts that raise what each patient spends.
What it does, in plain English

We help each patient get more from your practice, so every visit is worth more without needing more new patients.

  • Memberships and packages that bring patients back on a steady schedule.
  • Add-on offers shown when patients book, like a facial add-on or a longer session.
  • Rebooking at the right time, so patients schedule their next visit before they leave.
  • Simple front desk scripts so your team knows what to offer and how to say it.
  • Set up in your booking software, and every offer is checked to make sure it’s profitable.
$2,500–$5,000
Reminders + Waitlist — text reminders, and cancelled slots filled from your waitlist.
What it does, in plain English

Patients get text reminders before their appointment, so fewer people forget. When someone cancels, people on your waitlist are offered the open spot.

  • Fewer no-shows: automatic reminders go out ahead of each visit.
  • Easy to confirm or reschedule right from the text.
  • Cancelled slots get filled from your waitlist instead of sitting empty.
  • Uses your booking software’s own tools wherever possible, so there’s nothing new for your team to learn.
$2,000–$4,000
Reactivation Campaign — patients who stopped coming get an automatic text to come back.
What it does, in plain English

Patients who haven’t been back in a while get a friendly text and email inviting them to book again, timed to when they’re due for their next visit.

  • Five groups reached: past patients who stopped coming, unfinished treatment plans, first-time patients who never rebooked, missed or cancelled visits that were never rebooked, and people who asked about an appointment but never booked.
  • Timed to each service: patients hear from you when they’re due back for the service they had, never more than four months after their last visit.
  • A short text and email sequence for each group, with a one-tap booking link. Anyone who books stops getting messages.
  • After they return: a reminder to book their next visit, so they don’t drift away again.
  • Monthly results report during your support period: how many came back and the revenue they brought in.
  • Respectful by design: texts never mention treatments, go out only at reasonable hours, and anyone who replies STOP is never texted again.
$2,000–$3,500
Review Management — every patient gets a request for a Google review after their visit.
What it does, in plain English

Every patient is asked for a Google review after their visit, with a link that takes them right to it, and your team gets safe, ready-made replies.

  • More reviews: a request after each visit, sent by your booking software or your front desk, plus QR code cards and a counter sign that open your Google review page.
  • Everyone gets the same friendly request. We never filter out unhappy patients, because Google and the FTC don’t allow it.
  • Ready-made replies for every kind of review, written so they never confirm someone is a patient.
  • Private by design: requests never mention treatments, and no patient information leaves your own systems.
$1,500–$3,000
Call Answering + Booking — calls answered after hours and whenever your front desk can’t pick up. Callers get answers and are booked or sent a booking link.
What it does, in plain English

When your front desk is busy or closed, your calls still get answered. Callers get answers to common questions and are booked or sent a link to book.

  • No more missed calls after hours or when everyone is with patients.
  • Books or sends a booking link so the caller doesn’t go to another practice.
  • Urgent calls go to your on-call contact, and everything else becomes a message for your team.
  • Runs on a phone service in your practice’s name that signs a HIPAA agreement. It never gives medical advice.
$2,500–$4,500
Digital Intake Setup — new patients get their intake forms, consents and insurance card upload by text right after booking, and finish them on their phone before they arrive.
What it does, in plain English

No more clipboards. Right after booking, new patients get a text with their forms and finish them on their phone before they arrive.

  • All the paperwork: intake, medical history, consents, your cancellation policy and an insurance card photo.
  • Answers go straight into your software, so nobody retypes anything.
  • Shorter check-in and visits that start on time.
  • Your wording: we copy your current forms, and your provider or attorney approves them.
$1,500–$3,499
Insurance Recovery Setup — for practices that bill insurance: fewer denied claims, and underpayments caught and disputed every month.
What it does, in plain English

For practices that bill insurance. We find out why claims get denied or underpaid and fix it, so more of the money you’ve earned actually reaches you.

  • Fixes the top reasons your claims get denied, at the source.
  • Checks coverage before each visit, so surprises are caught early.
  • Flags underpayments by comparing what insurers paid with what they agreed to pay.
  • A simple weekly routine and training for your biller, in the billing software you already use.
  • Flat fee, never a percentage of what’s collected.
$2,000–$3,500
Front Desk Efficiency Training — your team writes patient letters, explanations and posts in minutes.
What it does, in plain English

We train your team to use the writing tools already built into the Google or Microsoft account you pay for, so letters and messages take minutes instead of an hour.

  • Faster writing: patient letters, treatment explanations, emails and social posts.
  • Ready-to-use templates made for your practice.
  • Patient privacy kept: patient details only go into tools covered by a HIPAA agreement, never public chat apps.
  • A person always reads every draft before it goes out, and your provider approves any clinical wording.
$1,500–$3,000

Every setup includes a 90-day results check. 50% upfront, 50% at launch. Any software is set up in your practice’s name — you pay the vendor directly and own the accounts.

Questions

Good to know

What if the audit doesn’t find much?

Then it’s free. Every audit looks for two things: money your practice is losing, and small changes that would make it more profitable. If the two together don’t add up to at least three times the audit fee per year, we refund it in full. All we ask is that you send the exports we request, including at least six months of appointment history.

How do I know it worked?

Every setup includes a 90-day results check. About 90 days after launch, you send fresh exports and we run the same analysis again, so you see what your practice was losing before, what it’s losing now, and the difference, area by area.

Is my patient data safe?

Your files are analyzed on our own machine, never uploaded to public AI tools. Reports contain totals only — no patient names or identifiers. Any tool we install for you is one that will sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).

Do you use AI?

Where it genuinely helps. We’re consultants first: the work is finding where your practice loses money and fixing it. We use modern tools — including AI — to analyze data faster and to automate follow-ups, but only tools that meet healthcare privacy requirements.

What software do you work with?

If your booking, phone or billing system can export to Excel or CSV — and nearly all of them can — we can audit it.

Why no monthly fee?

You pay once and own what we build. The software is in your name, so there’s no contract with us to keep paying. After the support period, changes are billed per project.

How long does an audit take?

One to two weeks from when we get your files. Along with every leak, you also get a list of small, profit-maximizing changes your team can make on its own. Then we walk you through the findings in person or remotely.

About us

Turning losses into profit is what we do.

I’m Emmet Alexander, founder of Alexander and Company. Before focusing on healthcare practices, I worked with law firms, pediatric offices and property management companies, helping each of them find where money was slipping away and turn those losses into profit.

In every one of those businesses I saw the same thing. The money wasn’t lost in one big mistake. It leaked out quietly: a client who never came back, a call nobody returned, an opening nobody filled. These were good businesses, run by people working hard, losing revenue they didn’t know they had.

Med spas, chiropractors and physical therapy practices feel this more than most, because every empty hour on the schedule is time you can never sell again. I started Alexander and Company to give practice owners what I wished every client had from day one: a clear picture of where their money is going, and simple systems, set up in their own accounts, that bring it back.

What we stand by: loyalty to our clients

We don’t hand you a report and disappear. You work directly with me, from the first call to the day your team runs everything on its own. Your practice’s results are how we measure ours.
